Latter Rain Ministries International is based in Southern California and was founded in 1992 by Willie and Francie Jones.  It was born out of a vision to go beyond the church walls to reach a diversity of people and cultures with the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We are an established non-profit 501C (3) Organization with a five-member Board of Directors:
